“The London publisher opening up difficult conversations.”
- CULTURE TRIP

Break the Habit Press is an independent publisher of feminist non-fiction, dedicated to publishing books that challenge social norms, and provide a platform for the unheard and the under-represented.

We support new and emerging writers, influencers, illustrators and photographers, taking their ideas from concept to creation, covering topics like consent, periods, race and reproductive rights. In short, we create books that we feel need to be read. And, 10% of the profit from every book sold goes to a chosen charity.

Our books have been featured in Huffington Post, the Times Literary Supplement, Channel 4, BBC Women’s Hour, BBC World News, Mashable, Metro, and more locally, nationally, and internationally.

An incredibly moving photobook, which combines the personal and the political.
— Refinery 29
A frank, refreshing and graphic (in both senses) perspective on a subject generally shrouded in euphemism and secrecy.
— Times Literary Supplement
Finally, women are standing together and speaking their truths. This book is bold and empowering.
— Daisy Lowe
